Small Rice Grain Dryer Introduction

This small rice dryer is mainly used for drying rice in parboiled rice factories. This rice milling dryer is designed as a two-stage spiral delivery. The first stage quickly sends the material into the barrel, and the second stage continuously and quickly lifts the raw material to the upper part of the barrel, then throws the deliquescent and scattered raw materials, and at the same time blows hot air from the center of the bottom of the barrel everywhere.

1. Synchronous mixing and drying: due to the continuous flow of materials during the drying process, the heating is uniform, the drying time is short, and it is not easy to agglomerate;

The standard model of this series is a double-layer barrel design (the economic type is a single-layer design), and the inner layer is made of stainless steel for the contact part with the material; the middle interlayer is equipped with special insulation materials to achieve the effect of safety and energy saving;

3. Special high-frequency heater, fast heating, low power consumption

4. The special double-pipe moisture outlet can effectively discharge water and collect dust without polluting the working environment;

5. Two-in-one dry mixing function, when you don't need to dry, just turn off the "heating switch" and "fan switch". This series of models can be used for plastic mixing and homogenization, one machine for two purposes.
